However, if you receive a product with a major flaw or damage that was not disclosed in the listing, we’ve got you covered. In such cases, we’ll happily offer an exchange or store credit.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. We’re committed to making things right when it’s truly our miss!
